The Design
The Ask:
The goal was to design and code a user experience and user interface for an enticing and well performing sales presentation program.
The Approach:
Step #1: Lay the Groundwork and Design
I worked closely with the VP of Sales to understand our sales process and what has worked in the past. We wanted to enhance the presentation with new branding. So, I created designs with the user experience in mind.
Step #2: Code and Testing
Next, I coded the presentation slides using HTML, CSS, and minor JS. I worked closely with the quality assurance team to ensure it would work across all screens we had in our resorts.
The Results:
This was deployed to over 250 resorts and used by the sales team to sell Club Wyndham and WorldMark timeshare. It contributed to a large portion of our revenue.
