The Design
The Ask:
The goal was to promote time sensitive sales online via an email.
The Approach:
Step #1: Lay the Groundwork and Design
We recognized the goal was to showcase time sensitive offers. Many offers were copy heavy and included a lot of disclaimer content. So we decided on one image to not overwhelm a user. We then added the branding to the wireframe to make the email pop.
Step #2: Code and Send
Next, we coded email templates, using HTML and CSS, that we would use to achieve the same look and feel. I worked closely with the email team and used Litmus to ensure it would work across all email clients and browsers we deemed important.
The Results:
This resulted in more bookings at resorts with deals.
