In 2022, Intelligent Technical Solutions was looking for ways to help users get answers to their most pressing questions. We implemented two tools to help users understand how managing your technology is important and can save you money.

WEBSITE DESIGN
Downtime Calculator Tool​
Goal: ITS wanted to show users the cost of downtime and the importance of staying up and running.
Background: Working closely with Chief Revenue Officer, we looked at the data ITS provided to estimate how much an outage will cost an organization in total.
Action: We narrowed down the information that a user would know off hand to input into the tool. I created a wireframe + mockup that incorporated the type of input fields needed with the ability to manually input or use a slider (numbers determined by ITS' common client).
Results: We built the tool, did internal + external QA, and launched the tool with ease.

Noise Calculator Tool​
Goal: The goal was to create a tool with user-friendly inputs that a user could interactive with to see customized results on potential savings.
Background: Working closely with Chief Revenue Officer, we looked at the data ITS provided to find a typical cost savings based on different factors.
